Our Founder’s Story
The goodness of God has marked my life in ways I could never have imagined. Years ago, when our daughter was born, we named her Karen Ann Law. I prayed earnestly for more children, asking the Lord to enlarge my family. I did not know then that God was preparing a far greater answer than I expected.
After fifteen years, the Lord fulfilled my prayer in a way only He can — not with one child, but with an entire nation of children from Karen State. Today, God has entrusted me with Karen sons and daughters without limit, a divine fulfillment far beyond my imagination. This is a Kairos moment, a God‑appointed time. Jesus heard my prayer, remembered it, and answered it in His perfect way.
In April 2025, the Lord gave me a vision. I saw myself preaching the Gospel in remote Karen villages across the Thailand border. Shortly after, God connected me with Sayar AhNo, who asked me to pray for one of his students in Klay Moe Kee who was facing demonic oppression. As I prayed for them, the Lord spoke clearly: “Cross into the village and share the Gospel with the Karen people.”
While praying, I heard the Lord spoke again: " Gifford don't be afraid, "Go and declare Boldy Almighty Name — JESUS — over the land.”
I obeyed.
And God moved with power. Miracles broke out. Signs and wonders followed. Many received Jesus. Many were set free. The light of Christ touched the Karen villages, and hope began to rise.
Hands of Hope Jesus Center International was birthed from this divine encounter — a ministry born from prayer, obedience, and the supernatural compassion of Jesus for the nations.

Celebrating 20 Years of God's Faithfulness, Nov 11, 2026,
This year marks the 20th anniversary of our marriage. We are deeply grateful to the Lord for His abundant blessings upon our family throughout these years. God has blessed not only our immediate family but also our extended families and children in Karen State. Our hearts are filled with joy as we reflect on His goodness, love, and faithfulness. We are especially thankful for the privilege of working closely with the local Karen children and communities.
Through these relationships, we have witnessed God's grace, hope, and compassion at work in many lives. As we celebrate this milestone, we give all glory and honor to God for sustaining us, guiding us, and allowing us to serve others together. We look forward with faith and expectation to the years ahead, trusting in His continued blessing and purpose for our family and ministry.
"The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." (Psalm 126:3)
Anniversary Blessing Heavenly Father, thank You for 20 years of marriage, love, and faithful provision. Thank You for blessing our family, our extended families, and the children and communities of Karen State. Continue to strengthen our marriage, guide our steps, and use us as instruments of Your love and hope. May the years ahead bring even greater opportunities to serve You and bless others. In Jesus' name, Amen.
